That was for the lawyers is my guess.(You didn't have to explain the joke Saints).
And, I almost missed it because I was about to turn it off at 28-3 but I said to myself, ok, I'll watch one more drive.I can honestly say i cheered more than 2009 when brady beat them. Maybe that says something about me, but watching them lose in that manner felt almost as good as us winning it ourselves. May 28-3 never die!
I didn't watch the game live, I couldn't take it if the Dirty Birds had won. I have a relative from Boston and I told him that I was going to watch Netflix alone and he was to call me ONLY WHEN it was a 100% certainty that the Patriots would win the game. I nervously watched Netflix for WAY LONGER than I thought would be possible and became resigned to the fact that the Dirty Birds had won. He was NOT to call me if the Patriots lost and the only number I was going to answer was his number. I waited and waited, totally ticked off....then the phone rang....a few choice expletives came from him and the facts and it was like the weight of the world was lifted from my shoulders. I was so happy. I have watched the game a few times since and laugh all the way through!!! 28-3 is the second greatest gift to Saints fans of all time. You can pick #1 yourself, but 28-3 will always be a big fat deuce for the Falcons.I can honestly say i cheered more than 2009 when brady beat them. I said this to my brother within a week ago, it's almost as if we won two Super Bowls, that's how 28-3 feels.I can honestly say i cheered more than 2009 when brady beat them. I'd rather inform the uneducated guest fan that may be there and somehow doesn't know about that.Ha yeah just leave it at "*May not be an exact number."
We get it.
Reminds me of a question my brother-in-law asks me. Would you rather:I said this to my brother within a week ago, it's almost as if we won two Super Bowls, that's how 28-3 feels.
1 easily, we'd still be up 2-1 overall.Reminds me of a question my brother-in-law asks me. Would you rather:
1) The Saints win another Super Bowl but the Falcons win one also; or
2) The Falcons never win one but the Saints don't win another?
I conceded the game to the Falcons after they got that interception for a TD, even thought they would've deserved it and that made me sick. And, I almost missed it because I was about to turn it off at 28-3 but I said to myself, ok, I'll watch one more drive.
Just wait until the year 2028, every third day of the month is 28-3 day.I didn't watch the game live, I couldn't take it if the Dirty Birds had won.
