After our victory against Detroit we will now head away to play the 49ers. It will be out door so how do you think the saints will cope with it? San Francisco are one of the best teams in the NFL right now with one of the best Defences. What do you reckon the outcome will be? I hope we win and then Green Bay lose so that we don't have to go to Lambeau.
Your opinions?

The best offense the 49ers faced is Detroit and that's before Detroit heated up.

31 21 Saints.

I think the biggest mistake the Saints could make is to try some kind of ground game attack because of the weather and the field. That's the game the whiners want you to play to keep the score down. Continue to air it out and put the pressure on Smith to match Brees. If you lose at least you lost playing your game and you didn't let Harbaugh dictate the tempo.

We just blew out a powerhouse team at home and that was an off day....
we. got. this. :17:

Mostly agree.

We need to play our normal game, which is offensive and defensive pressure.

Don't forget about the John Skelton led Arizona Cardinals. They were a juggernaut.

I think if there is anything that has been consistent about Sean Payton in his six years here, is that he is going to run his offense no matter what the weather conditions are. I fully expect Brees to throw close to 40 passes. My biggest concern about the 49ers game is their pass rush, and the Saints' safeties covering Vernon Davis. I think the Saints match up well against the 9ers.

I think at this point the Saints will do whatever it takes to stay alive. I don't expect the outdoor conditions to cause problems. The forecast is for clear and temps in the fifties.

If we win and GB gets knocked off, we get another home game, right?

Yes, If GB does go down, and we get passed SF, the the NFCCG comes through the Dome. It could happen, actually a real good chance.

That would be fantastic if we had the Championship at the Dome. We would have a really good chance. Who DAT!
