I've recently designed my own nootropic stack after feeling dissatisfied with the price and ingredient compounds of prepackaged blends. I was confident I could create one that better suits my needs --and likely cheaper.
My goals are pretty standard: enhance focus, improve memory and cognitive recall, and stabilize mood. However, fine-tuning the right combination has been challenging since it’s difficult to pinpoint exactly what’s working and what isn’t and obviously some of these take longer to reach full effect (Bacopa, especially).
Alpha-GPC – 600mg
Lion’s Mane – 300mg
Bacopa Monnieri – 150mg
L-Theanine – 300mg
Ashwagandha – 300mg (split into two 150mg doses, morning and afternoon)
After a solid week of consistent timing, I’ve noticed some mood benefits (though I can’t fully attribute this to the stack) and a noticeable boost in focus.
Has anyone found specific supplements or products that have worked particularly well for them?
