My current subscription for NIS 2007 is going to run out in the next few days. I have a P3 1Ghz, 512 MB RAM, 250GB HD, 16X DVD writer. Windows XP Home
I will also put it on my Centrino Laptop 1.6Ghz, 8X DVD writer, 60GB HD, Windows XP Home, 1.2 GB RAM.

NIS 2007 has been great for me.

I am just wondering if this Norton 360 is a good product or should I go to NIS 2008.

Norton's consumer line of products is terrible. You can get the equivalent as freeware off the web.

AVG or Avast antivirus
Spybot and/or MS Defender for spyware (and use Firefox)
Windows firewall should be sufficient, but there are other options there too.

Don't waste your money.
