So, firstly, apologies if this isn’t allowed or is on the wrong place on the forum.

Basically, I’m an English born fan of NFL who only really started watching around 2017-18. I know some of the basic rules (thanks, Madden) and listen to Around The NFL when I can. I chose the Saints because I support a rugby team here in the UK called the Saints (check them out, they’re called St Helens).

With their being a long time till the new season I want to immerse myself in the Saints so if there’s any book recommendations, podcast recommendations, blog recommendations or anything that will help me understand and get to know the club in greater depth, please hit me up with links or jump into my messages with tips, recommendations etc.

Thanks all.

Just seeing this.

Ross Jackson from Locked on Saints is really good. As is Rev Deuce Windham, although he doesn’t do quite as much as he used to.

If you can afford $9 a month, I would definitely get a subscription to Nick Underhill’s site and just immerse yourself in stuff he’s written. It’s pretty crazy how much you can learn.

A lot of it is deep dive stuff. So some of it may seem like a different language at first. But it’s a great way to learn about the game and how the Saints approach both the on-and-off field stuff.

You came to the right place.

What do you want to know? Someone here knows everything.... history, records, old players..

Maybe guys will chime in if you direct towards what interests you the most.

For more information about the franchise, look at some YouTube videos from the Saints.

The Rookie Mistakes might be funny.

Saints Greatest Moments of All Time

I would also look at some past games. You will learn a lot about the rules, just by watching games. You can find full games on YouTube and other sites. The more "football" you watch, the more you will learn. Just a reading of the rule book won't mean a whole lot without context.

You can click the "blocked" links, they will open on YouTube.
