First & foremost, I want to say thank you to the entire WHO DAT Nation for sticking around rooting for our Saints, this year. Even though it didn't turn out what we all like it to be, at least we finish with our first winning record of (9-8) during the post Brees/Payton era.

I'm still going to continue root for our Saints

...........even if the assistant head coach, Dennis Allen will be here, next season

Another positive about this season is that it’s now last season. Onward and upwards.

Dennis Allen's resume (TO DO LIST):

[ x ] Win a game vs. a team with a winning record..................CHECK (PHILLY in '22; Tampa in '23)

[ x ] Finish a regular season with a winning record..................CHECK (2023 season)

[ ] Develop a personality that motivates the players

[ ] Have some "round spherical brass pair"

[ ] Consistently hold assistant coaches & players accountable

[ ] Hire and fire the right players and coaches

...the list goes on, folks.

One positive note is also a negative note. We re-balanced the historical rivalry against the Falcons with the late season win, but we blew a chance to take the lead.

That's a good point. We have not had a disaster season since Katrina.

On that note, I'm going to try to make a visit back home to Louisiana this upcoming summer. Seeing that the 2024 season might be Cameron Jordan's last hurray with us, I'm going to the training camp. Hopefully Jimmy Graham will play with us next year but that's a very unlikely will
