There are concussions and there are concussions. Olave was actually unconscious according to reports, and he has had several previous concussions, It’s very sad and very scary.

W/ the things Olave's brother said, and the concussion issues - I'd potentially look at moving Olave in the off-season. He's worth a 1st rounder no different than Brandon Cooks. He needs a fresh start.
