His declaring for the draft makes for an interesting discussion topic, I think. I surely remember him during his two seasons at Ole Miss.

For those who want to see a RB with one of our first coupla picks, here's a question -- what sounds better to you, a RB like Jeanty who had gaudy numbers with Boise State's schedule or a RB like Judkins who had slightly less gaudy numbers but against top-flight competition in the SEC and Big Ten? I still want to see o- and/or d-line help with our top picks.

Your post is attempting to influence in a manipulative way. You say "Jeanty who had guady numbers with Boise States schedule" but forgot to mention he ran the same way against Penn State who's defense is loaded with NFL talent, and also forgot to mention that not a single Olineman of his is talented enough to be drafted at all. Unlike Judkins who has 3 of his offensive lineman expected to be drafted, 1 in the 1st round, 1 in the 2nd round and their center who's an expected 5th round pick so far.

So Judkins is running the ball with an NFL talented Oline, Jeanty is not, at all.

That's not even getting into the fact that Ohio State had an NFL talnted QB that will be drafted, and NFL talented WR's, one that will be drafted in the 1st round likely. So Judkins also was NOT running against 8 in the box often at all.

Unlike Jeanty, who had an abysmal QB and passing game to support him and regularly ran against 8 in the box, including against Penn State.

Judkins is good. But he's not even close to being in the same tier as Jeanty.

Judkins is very good back. Jeanty is legit as well. Don’t see him putting up the number he did if he was in SEC and Big 10. Still very talented though.

Yeah, the post was made to slight Jeanty while propping up Judkins.

Judkins is a RBBC back.

Jeanty is a game changing RB1.

It's not a comparison.

Saints are desperate for playmakers. I have no nitpicks between Jeanty or Judkins.

Pointing out an overwhelming amount of Jeanty's success was against Mountain West opponents isn't manipulation. It's a very fair point.

It took him 30 carries to get to 100 yards vs Penn State. His highlight videos are heavily skewed towards big runs against teams like Georgia Southern and Portland State. I'm taking Judkins hands down.
