I watched episode 1 last night and I think I'm interested. It has a little bit of the soapy aspects of Yellowstone that doesn't necessarily appeal to me, but the weird is pretty cool. Josh Brolin has clearly transitioned into the final phase of his slow morphing into Jeff Bridges. Anyone else watching?

I've been watching, I'm all caught up, I have no clue to what's going on and I dig that! My only beef with the show is that if I'm not paying attention, I think that Thanos has taken up ranching in Wyoming.

Yeah...the first episode was kinda slow, but i was interested. But, the last scene of the second episode pretty much guaranteed that I'll hang around until the end to find out what is going on.

Anyone care to discuss their theories about anything that's going on?

--I think that Royal is going to succumb to his head injury (courtesy of Tillerson), leading to him dying in his wife's arms 2 years before he comes out of the hole.
--I think that Autumn is an adult version of Andy.

I'm two episodes into season two.

Characters are still interesting and some good acting, but I've really no clue where they're headed now. I'm hoping this doesn't turn into another "Lost" where the writers didn't really have a plan past a certain point and are stuck on what to do now. I don't think that's what's happening, I think they're just stringing out what's going on to keep viewers guessing and watching to see what's up, but I'm a little worried about it because some plot strings are getting a bit tangential already.

Intriguing

Two episodes to go now. Some of the tangential trails have doubled back and connected now; well written.

A few questions come to mind (that may or may not be answered in the final two episodes as I don't know if they are reaching toward a third season or not at this point):

#1 - Did Royal mentally block out what really happened or did Joy ending up there change what happened and now his memory is changing because of that? I don't even know if they'll address such an idea, but it leads to question two:
#2 - Did present day Royal remember Perry coming back from the future and therefore know that he was going to jump into the hole when he showed it to him, or is it now a new memory that he'll notice when (if) Perry returns to the present?
#3 - Now that Autumn knows she actually is Amy, how will that affect her reason for coming to the ranch in the first place - and did we ever find out what that reason was (I can't recall if that was stated in the first season or not)? - and what she will do now.
