This could be a good hire for Dan Morgan and Carolina. Bucs are now looking for an OC.

Not if they want Bryce Young to actually develop. Putting him through a 3rd straight new HC and offensive system in his first 3 years would be insane. He’s definitely going to get fire within a year

Why?We need to make a move on an OC soon.
Putting your #1 pick through 3 systems like a turnstile at the start of his rookie deal is team sabotage at that point. Won’t attract quality HCs by running through 3 of them in 3 years either.Like that's never happened before.
I don't know if he'll get fired within a year, but surely it is a big leap for a guy who's been an OC for a single season and had a modicum of success in a very bad division. He’s definitely going to get fire within a year
Because a job just opened up with our division rival? We’ve interviewed what 7 candidates now? What are we waiting on?
It's like the Carr situation all over again, I just want to know what the outcome is already.Because a job just opened up with our division rival? We’ve interviewed what 7 candidates now? What are we waiting on?

Canales and Morgan have a decade of history in Seattle so he probably sticks.
No rush.We need to make a move on an OC soon.
