That's because a black helmet is an upgrade in looks for them. Silver helmets look really good with the black for the Raiders. It works for the Lions and Cowboys, but not as great as the Raiders. The Pats and Panthers never pulled off the silver helmet, IMO.

Not a fan of Saints black helmets. I get that some like that change or variation, but our gold and black simply works best. Same for the gold of the Niners.
