Humanity is amazing. This is just the start. Someday, we may come upon a time where paralysis is only temporary..a few days...imagine that..

He still needs the assistance of medical technology/assiatance to do it, though. So, its not a complete, clean structural C-3, C-4 spinal repair job to repair broken spinal chords that would allow paraplegics or quadriplegic be able to walk again like they did, 100%pre-injured states.

That technology might still be a few decades away, at the earliest.

But it is highly encouraging news, still.

In terms of scientists, biologists, or geneticists devising ways that will possibly help human beings live to 150-200 years old, or older. Thats still a phenomenon that falls more into the "science fiction" category then actual, scientific discernible reality.

Then there's the probing, nagging biomedical ethics and questions it would eventually raise: Is it good to allow human beings to live 100-200 years longer then normal? Does it run the risk of cheapening or minimizing their overall life experiences, accomplishments, or achievements?
