PFSN projects the Saints to improve in 2025, but is it realistic? I analyze their season outlook, Derek Carr’s future, and the NFC South competition. Enjoy!!
I also curated their bold predictions for the other three teams in the division.

9 wins is good for a wildcard in the south. I can dig it

Predicting 9 wins 1 month before free agency begins, 2 months before the draft, and 6 months before the first snap of preseason is wild as Hell.
The Kellen Moore effect. His hiring alone seems to make a difference for the Saints W/L outlook.

Can’t wait to see what roster moves he makes and what the projections may be afterwards.

The point being … we lack depth and need to stay healthy, but we’re not nearly to the point so many Saints doomsayers have worked themselves into believing … we’re not in a great situation … but it’s by no means horrible. … and I hope … believe … fresh blood will bring new ideas and Loomis will realize accept the fact it’s time to find a new current channel in the river called the NFL and start moving forward again. I’m full steam ahead right now

The key to a winning season is not offense but defense. The defense can't fade in the 4th quarter. Younger players will be the key. The talent is there on the offense, but the Saints shouldn't bring in walking wounded like Herron and Lemieux. Rizzi seemed to have hit on something else during the season in doing pregame warmups differently. Thereby holding down soft tissue injuries
