Two weeks in a row, we saw a defender let a quarterback go when they should have tackled him. Two weeks ago it was Maye who thought Bryce Young was going to slide and he didn’t and kept running last week somebody thought Love was going to go out of bounds, and he kept running. If I was a defensive coach, I would tell them to light up the quarterback, I’d rather get a penalty for a late hit and send a message than let them keep doing that to our defense.

Not something that he wants to keep doing. I don't think you want a reputation as a fake slider. Eventually defenders will start lighting him up for that.
