I recently purchased a Verizon LG VX8600 "Chocolate" cell-phone. I was wondering if anyone might know whether it is possible to download music onto it from an Ipod or the internet or if my only option is to buy songs straight from the phone itself.

I have the exact same phone. You have to buy the music kit from verizon for 19.97and you can transfer songs from your computer to your phone.
