After leaving the NFL or going to another team, what do players and coaches do with their uniforms/gear and other stuff they may have purchased on their own? Especially for those who have played for multiple teams.

It either becomes personal memorabilia, is donated to charity, or ends up on eBay.
It's my guess that any player who wouldn't want to keep any of their old gear probably knows someone who would like to have it. What happens after that mostly depends on how much they actually cherish it.

Assuming most guys have moved on in the “it’s a business” sense and not the “tough breakup” sense, I would think the branded gear gets split like this: a couple of keepsakes for themselves and family, then the rest goes to memorabilia shops, in-need efforts, or the landfill.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. It’s been so much negativity on the board, I was just trying to think of something else to talk about lol.

Wasn't there something a while back about an ex Cowboys player trying to buy his own inform... But had to compete in an auction to do so?

They probably don’t have to pay for any of it. Being the head coach, I’m sure they have access to gear that’s licensed by the NFL. Thanks for a little something different!
