I don't usually listen to mainstream rap, but I have most of the under-rated rapper's songs.

I was just wondering if there are any good internet charts that are consistently updated?

I have a few already, but I'd like to expand.

Me and you have the same problem. I like a lot of mainstream artists such as Chamillionaire, Jeezy, Ludacris, Rick Ross ect. but for the most part I listen to underground guys like K-Rino, Lord Infamous, old school Three 6 Mafia/HCP, and Houston mixtapes.

Theultimatecdlink.com is good but sometimes they'll go for a while without updating their charts but for the most parts it is a good sight. They have rap charts, hip-hop news, and it is by far the best sight for rap release dates and CD covers that I have seen. Pretty good sight

Chamillionaire, Kanye, Nas, Jay-Z, Common, Talib Kweli, Wu Tang, and basically most northern rappers. The south doesn't really have any good mainstream artist w/ the exception of Chamillionaire and maybe T.I.

Cee-Lo Green. of course, right now hes doing Gnarls Barkley, which some people say isnt rap. He was the reason Goodie Mob was any good, and its obvious now. Outkast are still amazing, when they decide to do something.

North is the only cardinal direction I've never heard as having rap geographically associated with it.

East Coast. West Coast. Dirty south.

Never heard "North"

But then again, maybe Madison, Wisconsin has a really wicked rap scene I am not aware of.

I suggest you never, ever listen to that! I made the mistake of doing so.

That song is the reason people hate rap, calling it degrading. Someone hurry up and shoot Soulja Boy.

+1 million

AND he has the nerve to diss Wu-Tang. says something to the effect of "some old rapper in a group that never sold a platinum album" when talking about the Wu. he can DIAF for all i care.

For "YAHH," it depends on the context of what you are looking for. If you want to listen to a real rap song, then yes, it is a terrible song (one of, if not, the worst). With that said, if someone is getting on your nerves and you don't care about listening to real lyrics, then it's not that bad.

Don't get me wrong though, I am in no way condoning or promoting what Soulja Boy does (He's the George Bush of rap). In a way though, you can't really blame him, he's making money off of something he made up. I blame the record company that signed him because they wanted to make his music famous (the guy was "discovered" through Youtube).

i'll supply the bullets...

i may seem heartless, but i'm hoping soulja boy, plies, and t-payne all get on a plane together, and it crashes
