that its not a "contract" year so the injury, while shelving him this year, doesnt affect him monetarily ( signed a 5 yr 70mm last year w. Ravens with $37mm guaranteed )

Like, this is terrible news for Marcus, but on the bright side.

This is why players and agents fight for everything they can get. The inevitable high risk of injuries. Two down years now for Marcus, hopefully he can overcome and return asap.
