Even thought he Saints led the league in 4th down conversations last year, the Eagles set the pace, right?
Brady has been incredible @ those conversions, but Brees produces @ 90%.

I wonder if the fourth down conversations are so successful because, for the most part, they were executed “at will” and not when they were down & losing the game and had to convert. Less pressure to succeed, more about being/staying aggressive rather than desperate??

Was surprised that Payton didn't attempt converting more 4th and shorts this past Thursday, especially considering how we were running the ball down the Falcons throats.
