Reminds me of walking down some non-descript street in Bilbao and hearing Neville Brothers coming out of some neighborhood bar
Inside was a shrine to NO - I was even able to order a Turbo Dog (this was all many years ago)

Our ship made a port visit to Nice (...pronounced "niece") in the early 90's. Nearly every port we visited along the French Riviera was pretty good!
