That was a really good press conference. It looks like we are headed in the right direction. He answered every question with good answers.

Umm... unless its a bunch of "joined in 2020" or later... its the same posters.
Well, that's his glass half full thing. It's a caveat, but I'm fine with the answer."We're still close"
Yes it was. Last year he sounded very arrogant. That was much better than last year. There was a little more humility in there. While he didn't throw himself under the bus he did admit to maybe not doing everything that was needed for the team to be successful over the last few years. He's a bit stubborn when it comes to his perception of the current state of the team, but I think it's natural to be at least a little defensive.
I hear it.
My conclusion is that Mickey says they are going to continue in the same path, and don't see any problem doing so.
So frustrating to hear low-ball questions. The results since Drew left speak about the reality of the organization, and nothing changes around.
No accountability.
It takes a leader (Mrs. Benson) to others accountable if they wont hold themselves accountable. If you have a room full of yes-men you are headed toward a disaster. I am not saying that's the situation but, possibly. Self evaluation is always hard, and being honest with yourself and personally I think we should ALL do that once a year for ourselves, it makes you a better person.I hear it.

It was a press conference, not an argument or a debate. I was not expecting a confrontation in this setting.I hear it.

I'm not really hearing that. This sounds a lot different than last year's presser. I think the Allen firing and all the stuff that happened this season humbled him a bit and at least seemed willing to admit they needed to make some changes.I hear it.
