I agree completely with Ross Jackson: you can't have a line complete with Probowlers. The team has already a solid starting trio with Fuaga, McCoy and Ruiz. Penning played better than expected and saved his career at RT. You get a low end starter for cheap. You try him out at ONE position in the O-line and see if he stabilizes the position, instead of moving him all over the line. Classic low risk high reward signing. Now you have two linemen that have an aggressive mentality at Oline (Penning and Radunz). I like it.
