Not even sure he is that. Does not appear to be much of a receiving threat at all. Maybe more of a blocking TE or "extra OL" on short yardage plays.

Traditional blocking TE, will be a camp body and potential final 53, but he's absolutely not a "we're now good at TE" signing and not a lock to the final roster.
