One thing I've come to appreciate about Rizzi is he at least acknowledges the fans. DA on more than one occasion would say something like "were playing for the guys here in the building, we don't worry about what the fans think"

In grand scheme, yes he's right, but far to often he'd minimize the fans in the equation.
