Well, it looks like the long wait is finally over. If rumors are true, the new Note III will be revealed Sept. 4, although it could be Sept 3. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 unveiled on 4 September | CNET UK It looks like it will have only a 5.7 inch screen.....but I really don't mind that. Its plenty big enough.

I have a question regarding watching Direct TV programing on the Android smartphone...can I do that? I'm not saying watching NFL football, that won't be available till next year....but other DTV programs, shows?

The direct tv app lets you watch live or on demand. there is also a sunday ticket app that starts working when the season starts.
