This guy had a massive ego coming out of college. Many issues with him in college. It was down to Jayden and him. The Commanders made the right choice.

So many weirdos were buying the insane hype of Caleb Williams though. I’m glad I wasn’t alone in recognizing he was extremely overrated just by playing at USC. Even Bobby Hebert was saying last year that the saints should tank just to get Williams. Craziness.

Exactly. Just cuz he's frustrated is no excuse for the effort he's giving out there. They made him the highest paid wr of all time in the off season. No excuse for it.

Yeah, even Jim Miller and Pat Kirwin were in the JD5 camp leading into the draft. The Bears let the hype get the best of them instead of paying attention to who was the better QB. Caleb peaked in college and Daniels is still ascending.

But if things keep trending this way, USC is gonna have a problem recruiting top QBs. Leinart, Barkley, Sanchez, etc. All highly touted NFL failures.
