It is with a heavy, extremely broken heart that I tell you that my older brother, Chris, died this morning, Friday, July 14, 2023, at the age of 51, after a long battle with skin lymphoma/cancer that doctors at Emory University in Atlanta had first uncovered and began treating in January this year. God could not have given me, and my parents a better, more caring, loving, conscientious brother to look up to and follow as a beacon of persistence, hard work, dedication, and love.

This will likely be my last posting on SR for a while to try to absorb, and come to grips with this terrible, unmistakable, irreplaceable loss. Tell your family members, friends, brothers and sisters that you deeply care and love them every time you can.

Thank you.

So sorry for you. I lost my Dad to melonoma in 2001. It still hurts me to this day, especially that my kids didn't get to grow up with him.

Saying a kaddish for your brother.

Glorified and sanctified be G-d's great name throughout the world which He has created according to His will. May He establish His kingdom in your heart and during your days, and within the heart of his entire church, speedily and soon; and say, Amen.

May His great name be blessed forever and to all eternity.

Blessed and praised, glorified and exalted, extolled and honored, adored and lauded be the name of the Holy One, blessed be He, beyond all the blessings and hymns, praises and consolations that are ever spoken in the world; and say, Amen.

May there be abundant peace from heaven, and life, for us
and for all nations; and say, Amen.

He who creates peace in His celestial heights, may He create peace for us and for all nations; and say, Amen.

Thank you.
Hey,

I know we’ve verbally/“postedly” sparred from time to time. But, wanted to offer my condolences.

Hope that you and your families manage to grieve, heal and move forward when the times are right.

Sorry to hear of his passing.
