I’ll be damned. It does sorta look like a snake now don’t it?!Well… it does look a bit like a snake.
I had a pet theory that Chris Olave had dibs on the number but needed to wait a year for some league rules purpose; interesting that this sudden availability of the number coincides with the day we signed Cooks, a WR with a similar skill set.
Probably just all a coincidence.
More like, #2. Backup QB for life! JKOdd… not sure why he wouldn’t have just used #2 last year. I guess he may be trying to do some subtle National Treasure style clue dropping about his future in the league:
- 18 in year 1.
- 2 in year 2.
- 18 divided by 2 equals 9.
- in year 3 play like number 9 so that in year 4 he can lead the team to the SB just like Drew did!!!
I just figured it out. Place your Vegas bets now for the 2027 Saints to win it all.
Absolutely witty! Worth of the…Odd… not sure why he wouldn’t have just used #2 last year. I guess he may be trying to do some subtle National Treasure style clue dropping about his future in the league:
- 18 in year 1.
- 2 in year 2.
- 18 divided by 2 equals 9. 1 plus 2 equals 3.
- in year 3 play like number 9 so that in year 4 he can lead the team to the SB just like Drew did!!!
I just figured it out. Place your Vegas bets now for the 2027 Saints to win it all.
