I thought and still think Haener was a good pick, but I was a big proponent of taking Stet at 127 at the time. Looks like he may be taking all the steps to prove the Saints right if this is due to a continuation of his poor decisions toward the end of and after his Georgia run (which is what is rumored).

Yeah, I'll eat that crow for sure. I just thought he had a lot of heart (before the trouble at the end of his Georgia days) that willed him to victories. But evidently, he's just a drunk douche I like our guy who is on a normal suspension for normal things.

All his issues aside he did not look good in preseason. We got the guy I wanted in the 4th

I was happy we got him too but have been underwhelmed for the most part. Still have some hope for him tho as the game doesn’t seem to fast for him.

Bennett was one of the worst rated QBs in the preseason. The fact he even made it to the final 53 was insane.

Can't really take too much from that last pre-season game, JH had 7 catchable balls dropped on him. Also I would not be surprised if they pushed to have passes thrown to Krull to get a better look at him
