Darren Rizzi ends the New Orleans Saints seven game losing streak in his first game as interim head coach. The Saints even the season and all time series with the Falcons with this victory. Marquez Valdes-Scantling stood out with multiple deep shots from Derek Carr in his second game as a Saint.

Last time these teams faced off, it was Atlanta who got all the breaks. The roles reversed this time as Younghoe Koo missed three field goals for the first time in his career. Still it was a close game, and the defense had to make a play to close out the game.
