Brad Smith also comes to mind. he definitely crushed the receiving and I would think the passing yardage, but the rushing yards might be out of his reach. The wildcat was big at the time so he possibly made it. He was one of those players that could ruin a fantasy game raking in stats outside of his listed position.

Edit: he only had 900+ rushing and receiving.
