Congrats to Dennis Allen and his defense today. They played rock solid most of the day. And they collected 3 picks, and that easily could have 4.

And holding Henry to under 100 yards is a hell of an accomplishment.

Bresee looked really good in limited play as well, he can be special.

That’s an elite unit. If they continue to get better they’ll be a dominate unit.

Granderson was a man amongst boys out there today

Just coming to say we had 3 picks to start season. That momentum is big.

Our DBs played fast but under control. And were constantly in right positions. Pleasantly surprised to see them ball out.

But dline made that Tannehill clock speed up too. Great team defense.

The Defense was strong against the Titans. They could have had 5 or 6 picks. Tannehill had his worst QB rating in his 10 year career. He was under pressure most of the game and was forced to make some bad throws.

On the other hand Tannehill missed 2 easy touchdown throws to wide open receivers. He had a tight end running down the left sideline at least 5 yards or more ahead of DD and overthrew him. Lucky us. He also had Spears wide open down the left sideline and threw him out of bounds. Those were 2 huge plays that could have had much different results and major impacts on the games outcome. Not being able to stop the run was a big problem last year. Giving up 5 yards per carry against the Titans at 1st glance doesn't look good statistically, but, considering it was Henry, and they were able to stop them when it counted is what matters the most.

I'm giving the Saints Defense an A for this game. Any time you keep an opponent out of the end zone all together and hold them to 15 points that's winning football in today's NFL.

Alontae Taylor eased my concerns. He might not be there yet as a slot corner but he is a lot closer than we initially thought when the news came out about Roby. I think he'll be really good there by mid season.

Defense played tough. Held them to field goals. Forced some turnovers. And the offense pulled it through in the 2nd half with a TD drive and and in the end, the ability to kill the clock. Great team win. Who Dat!?
The Who Dat did a lot better Sunday than the Who Dey. The Browns had their way with Burrow and the Bengals.
