The Saints are 6-7. They have beaten twice the Panthers 1-12 team, Titans 4-8, Patriots 3-10, Bears 5-6, and the only winning record team Colts 7-6. Four (4) of the 7 losses were to teams with a losing record or are currently at .500. There is a problem with this team. I believe it is a combination of coaching, injuries, lack of some player effort on critical plays. OL is not good and has not been good for the past few years. OC needs to develop plays that allow for quick releases by the QB. QB needs to take the short passes and not try and wait for the deep routes to open up. OL cannot be expected to provide 3 seconds or more for the QB to make a pass.

The season had the Saints play a favorable schedule. They could not take advantage of it. Changes have to be made. They cannot get rid of Carr due to his contract but that should not stop them for drafting the next QB. I would work a deal with a team drafting early to move up. Mike Thomas should not be here next year. No matter what he may think of the QB or any player, you don't put it on social media in real time or any time. Atlanta and Tampa will be looking for a QB I nt he draft. I just hope they don't move ahead of the Saints to take one.

1.) Coaching is a huge problem
2.) Good teams know how to mask their deficiencies. We actually bring our to light🤣
3.) We are completely inept at how to utilize things that work well. Whenever we do utilize them, it’s either by default or accident

There is no greater confirmation than the lack of #80 whenever we get inside the 15

I don't recall when a team, any team, would remove its red zone threats as if to try and trick the defense.

Jimmy catches a contested ball at the 5, and we don't see him again.

Mind blowing

Put your seat belt on tight and go with the flow.

But we sure saw him for the touchdown later to be fair

It's "leadership", mainly the HC and OC and their impacts downstream, but also lack of leadership in the GM.

Maybe we always had that gap as the GM seems to have always deferred to the Head Coach all the way back to Haslett for most decisions and as the voice of the team. But now with Allen Loomis is exposed too.
