There is nothing like calling someone's cell phone that is sitting on their couch and the number on the caller ID shows up as their house phone. Then when they answer ask them if they forgot to lock the doors with the voice changer that sounds like the guy from Scream.

You can also combine this with soundboards for a good ole time.

pretty neat. I would love to call someone from their own number and say in a whispering creepy voice "I know what you did last summer"
