Trade down in the first and acquire an extra 2nd. (11 Viewers)

Milroe is a good player, could do Taysom’s job to an extent. Throwing, running, catching. I like the idea, this guy is a player if you just get him on the field. Note: not an Alabama fan or LSU so I can be objective. Sadly, Miss State fan😕

Draft Tyler Warren in the 20’s

Draft Jalen Milore and BPA or edge rusher in the second.

Milroe will take over Taysom’s offensive roles. FB, RB, H-Back, WR gadget.

Warren can also play gadget.

Suddenly we have a more dynamic offense.
Jalen Milroe would be a bad NFL QB. People tend to forget he was benched last year for a minute until Saban gave him a second chance and he balled out. Dude is a decent college QB playing with all that talent and he still underwhelms more than being good. Now throw him on a team with less talent, bad OL, and then speed the game up. You got a potential disaster brewing. Bro, Taysom Hill is a 1 and a lifetime player. To say Milroe can do what Hill does is insane.

I do agree the Saints need to capture the 6th pick and trade down and get a 1st (25/26) and another 2 for (25/26), that would be the ideal situation for us. Drafting Tyler Warren would be great.

Trying to convert or a Wedge a player into a Taysom role is not a smart move.

We are not and never will see another Taysom. It's hard to be a good qb in the NFL or a good RB. To do both well is pretty is rare and play TE and special teams on top of that is very much impossible.

Taysom made it look easy that's a testament to his greatness

We better get a whole lot better than a 2nd for moving from the #6 to #25

I would only trade down if Mason Graham-DT-Michigan and Will Johnson-CB-Michigan are gone.

I’m not sure Warren is so superior to the next TE that I would burn a first on him. I would prefer Banks-OL-Texas. Jeanty-RB-Boise

If we draft at 10 both those guys and the Edge from Penn State are gone. That’s the best reason to trade down.
