Tore my labrum tubing behind a boat in 2023, a year later it finally felt right. Not that I am a world class athlete, but more I followed the physical therapy to a “T” and it still took forever for me to get right.

Given the injury history of our team I wouldn’t be surprised if our medical team decided to amputate.

Answered my question - 4 to 6 weeks. Will miss summer season but hopefully good to get some training in before 2025-26 season opener in October.
