Underhill: I still think there’s a Keenan Allen proposition post-draft depending on what happens in the draft (1 Viewer)

32 with 70 receptions last year. Solid, but I don't know if I would call him a beast. Plus, we already have Cooks. I would instead bring in another guy on defense.
You are aware that he had the Uber hot garbage Caleb throwing him the ball right?!?!🤣🤣🤣

You do realize that we need a big bodied WR that can go over the middle and make the contested catches and be a possession receiver. Allen is 6'2''/211# and Cooks is just 5'10"/180#. We have too many speedsters and no one to work the middle of the field except Johnson and Moreau.

Doesn't have to be a WR... Could be a versatile tight end. Could be Tyler Warren. 💥

How are you rating K Allen on his totals? The biggest thing is keeping him on the field healthy. When he was on the field he balled out. And that was with the Chicago QB and offense going through growing pains and OC and play calling changes. You can’t just look at total numbers.

Underhill clearly has inside sauces. He probably has an article ready to drop saying I told you so. If coach wants him then sign him. Moore saw his talent when coaching him at the Chargers.

Yep. Feels like he has one tee’d up for him. We have seen this plot before. 😂

A year ago, the Bears acquired Keenan Allen from the Chargers for a 4th rounder. He played out the last year of his extended contract in his one year with the Bears, earning $23M.

If the Saints could get him on a 1 or 2 year deal at $12M a season, that would be wonderful. Keenan has already earned $120M is his career.

Far more than Brandin Cooks, in Keenan you get a true starter, a precise route runner working the medium routes, and an outstanding mentor for the young guys.

My appreciation for Kellen Moore would rise even more if they signed Keenan Allen.
