This is just a tiny example why he draws so much respect from players and fans around the league. I flipped out when I heard he trained with the Navy Seals.

Drew is just being modest. Not to take anything away from Coach Payton because he is an awesome coach, but he coached a few other qbs as well.. chase daniel, tyler palko etc.. they didn't become as good as brees did they? No. Brees is on another level. However, I do give credit to payton for having the confidence in drew and for his play calling.
