I completely missed the gorilla, both times.

I'm guessing the people who saw the gorilla missed the answers. And vice versa. But I'm not scientist.

Oh, and I got 14 then 15. 15 seems right, I wasn't paying attention the first time I watched.

I got 15 both times, and I saw the gorilla, but I also operated under the assumption that whites passed to whites, and blacks to blacks (shirts, of course) - if not, that could have complicated things a great deal.

I saw this a few years ago. I knew there was going to be a catch by the way it was introduced. So, I gave it my full attention and tried to remember everything -- # of passes, females, bluejeans, just everything useless detail. They were not going to trip me up. I was sure of it. No way. Of course, I DID NOT see the guy in the gorilla suit. When they played it back, I couldn't believe I missed it.

I'm glad you found this. This came up about a month ago at the office. We were discussing witnesses and how there can be ten people at the same event with ten different versions of what happened. Only a couple of us had seen this video. Now I can show the others when I go in tomorrow.
