The team has all the right parts to be serious contender, just no one with any intelligence at the helm.
Imagine having a high-end exotic sportscar and constantly driving it into telephone poles.
While it's nice to see players get healthy and play, it's futile unless serious change happens. Either the coaches get replaced or actually start adapting, coaching up, and drawing up better plays.

It's upsetting that players such as Demario, Cam, and AK won't see a championship because they really deserve it.
