I bought a smoker and some hickory. I thought I would ask you folks what wood you like to smoke with. ra, I said wood you like to smoke with, not wood you like to smoke.

Any fruit tree wood or nut woods. No pine, fir or anything which may have poison ivy on it.

I personally like apple. However the stump my neighbor threw down in the creekbed I have almost burned up. So I will need to find another stump somewhere.
