I believe we still have many roles to fill like WR, TE, LB, DE, and S

WR: Snead #2 wideout isn't going to cut it. Ginn has rock hands! Someone needs to step up! I do like Jake Lampman though he got injured end of year
TE: Coby Fleener doesn't have that good of hands
LB: Don't want to rely on Monte Teo
DE: picked up late round draft picks
S: suprised we never drafted a safety. Wasn't impressed with Bells coverage although he did play physical

What positions do you think need to be helped and how?

TE, LB, and S we should be set. We could use a better #4 WR, but it's not a pressing need. The DE position (opposite of Jordan) is still questionable, imho. I'd add another veteran DE, like Elvis or Freeney. The least they could do is help mold/coach the youngsters up. Maybe even take a flier on Boldin as the #4 WR, to fill the same role. Maybe even take a look at DGB, who may get cut in Philly

WR: Yes he will
TE: We have two other TE's on the roster that were injured, he also had 631 yards in his first season here. He'll be fine.
LB: We have a lot of other LB's on the roster other than Teo.....
DE: We also picked up Okafor and have Kikaha coming back.
S: We did draft a safety

Snead will absolutely cut it as a #2 receiver and Ginn hasn't had a problem with drops in years. He's had more of a problem with actually having a competent QB to throw him the ball so he can actually catch it. Just look at Newton's accuracy % to understand the problem there.

Fleener looked a lot better towards the end of the year as he must have gotten more comfortable in the offense. He's historically caught 65% of the balls thrown his way, which is pretty good, if you ask me. Not to mention, we still have 4 other TE's besides Fleener.

Why on earth would you think that we have any intention of relying on Manti Te'o when Klein was the first FA we signed and is the off-season favorite to start at MLB?

Just because Hendrickson was our 6th pick doesn't make him a late round pick, he's a third round pick, regardless. We don't need him or Muhammad to come in here and be pro bowl players in year one, we just need someone who can hold up in the run game, set the edge, and have the ability to rush the passer - which both of the guys we drafted do, give them a chance before you write them off. We also have Kikaha coming back and Okafor for pass rushing specialits and Okafor may be able to play more snaps at DE this year than he has in the last two if he's back to full health.

We used our 2nd round pick on the best center fielding FS in the draft. I don't even know why I'm responding to this post now that I see this. Why start a thread about holes on the team when you don't even know who's on it?

WR - Don't look at the position in terms of 1, 2 or 3, but in terms of skill set. MT13 outside, Snead in the slot and Ginn in the Cooks role (with Kamara probably picking up a few catches) and the position is fine.

TE - Fleener, Hoomanawanui and Hill in the 3 TE set are versatile and all should be healthy to start the season.

LB - T'eo, Klein, Robertson, Ellerbe, Anthony, Stupar, Anzalone, Bighill is a solid group to sort through during training camp.

DE - This one I'll somewhat agree on as Kikaha or Okafor is the penciled in started opposite Cam right now.

S - Marcus Williams (S - Utah) says hello.

I'm not sure what games you have been watching for the past two years, but Snead is totally set at #2 and is not only cutting it but excelling. Lampoon? I guess everyone is entitled to his opinion.

My hope is that they can get a set of starting LBs that will come together and be productive along with a defensive backfield that stays healthy.

I'm just going to ignore your entire post and only address the title. Barring injury, I feel we're pretty much set although I wouldn't mind kicking the tires on some vet WR's.

WR: Snead was the #2 in 2015, and he did a bang up job similar to Lance Moore. Having a 1-2 punch like Thomas and Cooks is a luxury and not a necessity. Ginn will play the Dev/Meach roll just fine.

TE: Fleener is the 10th highest paid TE, and he played like it. We don't always need Graham types especially now that we have someone like Kamara to relieve some of the coverage in the middle.

LB: Klein, Ellerbe, Robertson, Anthony, Kikaha, Stupar, and Anzalone say hello.

DE: Okafor, Kikaha, and Onyemata will also join the rookies to help at that spot.

S. Marcus Williams was a top FS prospect we drafted in the 2nd round...? We also resigned Bush who should be a solid backup, and KV and Bell will man the SS spot.

It is a good idea to know what you are talking about before you actually make apost. I do agree that a DE opposite of Cam Jordan is probably the biggest defensive need tho.
