Derek Carr < Baker Mayfield. When the off season started, there wasn't many good QB going in FA. But I like Baker better because he brings energy and his body language on the field is like he wants to win, and he try to get his teammate on board with it. Derek just stands around like his HC with no emotion. Here another thing about Carr, you never see him on the sideline looking at the iPad trying to study the formation or the other team formation like Brees. At least Baker does that.

No QB would be playing well with the playcalling and Oline play these first 4 weeks.

Sorry, but Mayfield is not good. Tampa only took him because there was no else left.

Mayfield had a lot of gaffs in that game, but people decide not to notice because they won, which was more about our porous offensive line than anything they did.
