No to Milton. Am a huge Tennessee fan and watch every game....he has a rocket arm but that's it.

I smirked when I saw Sweat on your list but then remembered he had a DWI recently lol. He may indeed fall to day three now.

I like a lot of day 3 prospects this year and feel the day will be pretty strong with even some nice UDFA picks because it’s a deep draft.

Brock Bowers could easily be the best player in the draft. If we pass on him reach on the 3-4 best OT I have an aneurysm. Passing on better talent to fill a need, only because of your prior failures is how bad franchises stay bad.

Can't argue with this logic.

100% correct, but this is Wendy's Sir.

Milton as a long term developmental prospect at QB, and his potential to backup Taysom's role this year is worth a day 3 pick IMO....

A lot of interesting Edge guys that should go around the 5th round. It will be interesting to see if the Saints decide to draft one even if he doesn't fit their prototypes. Mohamed Kamara for example. He doesn't have size or length but he can flat out rush the passer.

And it will be interesting to see how they approach the Nickel position. A lot of quality prospects in this area. One guy I've been looking at is Jarrian Jones from Florida State as a versatile Nickel/Safety/Corner type. Like a more athletic PJ Williams. I'd love to see them draft a Nickel and a traditional Safety.

The great thing is that this draft is pretty deep in the areas we need. If the Saints keep those three 5th rounders they'll be looking at some good options.

That's exactly why you take him, imo. Especially if it's day 3.

You can teach mechanics, understanding of the game, and to some extent, processing speed of the game. What you can't teach, like speed, is arm strength. All it takes is the right coach to turn a QB into a gem (e.g. Purdy). Maybe Kubiak is that guy, maybe not. But I don't think he's not worth a shot.
