Oh, I completely missed they ARE playing a MLB game at Rickwood Field. It's on Thursday. I also completely missed that Willie Mays is still around. He's 93 so he won't be making the trip to the game, though.

The Say Hey Kid was one of my favorite players….even as old as I am, I only caught the last few years of his career…..IMO probably the best all around fielder/hitter in history…..he may have been the best defensive outfielder in history…..
