Fortunately, our long suffering is over. I think we, more than others, know the true spirit of being a die-hard. While I would never spend the $ on any sports team like this guys does, you gotta love his spirit.

It's not his fault the NBA is what it is.

You know Clipper Darrell. Sure you do. He's been to 385 straight Los Angeles Clippers home games, by far more than anyone on the roster of L.A.'s other team. Every game, he's the one in the shiny red and blue suit, leading cheers and generally being the happiest guy to ever attend a Clippers game. He's the guy that organized the LeBron James parade from a few weeks back. Sorry, Billy Crystal, but Clipper Darrell is the Clippers' biggest celebrity fan, even if he's only famous for being a Clippers fan.

Yeah, I'm out here in LA an if you listen to sports talk out here then you should know about Clipper Darryl.

I often wonder if the Clippers won 2 or 3 straight championships how many LA converts would we have. Because it's a local team, I wish them well and if the Lakers couldn't do it, it'd be nice to see another LA team do it. They also share the Staples Center with the Lakers. It would be interesting to see how the city would respond to that.

Anybody here from Chicago? If so can you tell me if the celebration of the White Sox World Series Championship felt like a real celebration or merely a consolation prize since that Cubs didn't win?
