Lmao, we can't even get healthy during the bye week.

What's more likely...all of these injuries occurring completely random, or perhaps these injuries aren't random at all. Occum's razor would suggest the latter. Was moving training camp away from New Orleans enough to anger the football gods and/or a voodoo queen Saints fan? Perhaps Payton's ex-wife spawned the curse because of the obvious. Could be coincidental...but boy the Saints have dropped off after going to camp there. I don't blame people for trying to blame the mystical. It's hard to comprehend this teams descent and even more difficult to see these injuries pile up on the weekly basis.
The only thing more odd about the number of injuries to our secondary is that somehow, someway Jarius Byrd has remained healthy.
Guy finally makes it in the NFL and he gets hurt four games in.
Jesus.
I know every team has injuries, but this is an awful lot in one position area:
Sanford
Lewis
Wilson
Swann
Breaux
Williams
Harris
Good lord.
Only remembered by him messing up against Atlanta, killed momentum and pretty much lost us that game.
Bring back Pierre Warren.
Our old friend Marcus Ball just got cut from the Panthers' PS if we'd like to continue to scrape the bottom of the barrel.
we can't even get healthy during the bye week.
Harris getting hurt now wasn't some freeing circumstance.Draft Jabrill Peppers.....
not sure why so many people downvoted this??
he must have had lockerroom problems, because he was easily our best DB when he was on the team.
Didn't he have like 4 takeaways in 3 games? 2 INTS in one game. Not to mention he was the one making all the turnovers in practice... Par for the course for our team to cut somebody who was actually contributing on defense
EDIT
just read after we let him go and he was signed by some no-name team in Canada, he informed their GM he no longer wanted to pursue a football career. He must have had issues before the Saints, because he was the best player we had in TC that year, and intially almost didn't make the PS. Then we reluctantly signed him when we had injuries and he was amazing. Sad really, he was a great safety
Drew doesnt mess around. Brutal.
