The New Orleans Hornets are 4-0! (1 Viewer)

Pack the arena friday night against.

The New Orleans Hornets will attempt to go 5-0 tonight as they take on the Portland Trailblazers.

Geaux Hornets!

Just picked up four tickets for Friday night.

My kids wants to go, he was bugging us last night to get him tickets.

To those of you who have gone, are the games fun?

Sounds like they may not be that crowded? true?

The games are awesome - its amazing to see these guys run up and down the court in person. The Hornets also do an excellent job of the game-day experience. There is usually a lot to do around the Arena before the game for people of all ages - from $1 beer to areas for kids to make signs.

The crowd depends on the game - a big game like the Spurs is going to draw more people than a weeknight game against the Milwaukee Bucks. The crowd won't be any worse than any Saints game.

GO SAINTS GO!
And take the Hornets with you. :hihi:

Btw, tonight's game is nationally televised at +/- 9:30pm.

:9:

Not anymore it's not - ESPN bumped it when Greg Oden injured his knee. It won't be shown on Cox Sports either.

Peja was unbelievable last night. He and Chris put the game away by themselves. I know a lot of people going Friday night, maybe we can fill up the arena. It seems like a lot of people here are going.

The games this year haven't been crowded. But like everyone else said the games are a blast. My kids absolutely love going to the Hornets games. I have season tickets and I try to bring them to at least one game a month and they look forward to going.

dead last in attendance
Finding a way to highlight the negative. If the Hornets continue to win people will come out to see them. They have been gone for 2 years. It's unrealistic to believe that they don't have to build back their fanbase.

Is the same marketing guru responsible for the North Shore not getting ANY games whatsoever picking the TV games as well (no coverage for 2 out of first 3 away games)?

Thanks for the information all.
Sounds fun.
