I wonder who was the genius who thought making the N in NFL an Ñ to celebrate Hispanic Month pander to Spanish speakers was a good idea. It makes no freaking sense,

I missed the part where anyone said they were offended. The OP clearly stated he didn't appreciate the blatant pandering. Disagree with that if you want.
I guess now we're gonna argue the semantics of to what degree not appreciating something becomes being offended. I would say that line is right around making a post in a Saints related forum over it.I missed the part where anyone said they were offended. Not to speak for OP - you will soon learn that OP is capable of speaking for himself (some would argue over speaking for himself)I'm not quite sure what you mean by this, but culture encompasses a lot of things including primary language. The OP is clearly hostile towards the idea of "pandering to Spanish speakers." It's not denigrating to English speakers for the NFL give a little shout out to other folks who speak a different language. Growing the game beyond our borders is a good thing. Acknowledging different aspects of fandom is also a good thing.
Edit: Responding to guidomerkinsrules, can't get this quoting to work properly on my phone lol.

But I’m fairly certain his issue is not with nfl simply reaching out to ‘other cultures’ but to do so in such an ungrammatical, nonsensical way
Please prepare yourself for a multi paragraph explanation about Spanish diacritical marks from OP)
Perhaps, the NFL find Hispanic $$$$ are as green and spend well as english speaking $$$, if they only knew. America has to be the only country in the world, where people who are bilingual are looked down on. And inclusion is considered "pandering." There was a time when, no one spoke English in New Orleans. There were a time when many thought "french speaking creoles/cajuns " were being "pandered, to when they had a mass influx of English speaking citizens. We know what's going on here, it's not a Language problem.I wonder who was the genius who thought making the N in NFL an Ñ tocelebrate Hispanic Monthpander to Spanish speakers was a good idea.
