Daylight Saving Time possibly permanent 11/2023

I realize that days do get shorter in the winter and longer in the summer. We can adjust our clocks all we want, the sun is going to do its thing.
True. It's how we interact with it that changes.
Big Sleep can bite my arse, I want some chance at sunshine after I get off work. The more, the better.

I'm going to start aligning my voting for politicians, regardless of party, who support the removal of this awful change. WE WANT DAYLIGHT! WE WANT DAYLIGHT!

To be fair, there are many Americans who base their votes on far stupider concepts than this.

I was fine with that when they did the change in mid-April after it warms up a bit. That extra hour of sunlight in the evening means I can cut the grass during the week.

What I well and truly do NOT need is an extra hour of mid-Atlantic march sunlight. Coming as it does at the expense of my sleep for a week

Any illumination us mossbacks can get, we'll take.

I think in Texas we can get DST banned quickly, if someone can convince the governor that it’s part of a woke agenda to indoctrinate students in public schools.
Given the state of social media, I bet you can get #DSTisWoke trending fast enough to make it happen. You won’t even have to explain why

I got hit with the clock change and then a trip to Vegas which is another 2 hour change. I woke up so configured this morning now that I am back home in Wisconsin.
